At NoLogo, we stand behind the quality of every product we help bring to life. Our guarantee is simple:

If your custom product arrives damaged, fails to arrive, or doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement — no ego, no hassle.

What’s Covered:

  • Delivery Issues: If your order is lost or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. We only ask that if it does arrive to notify us directly.
  • Damage in Transit: If your item arrives visibly damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — with a replacement, or full refund.
  • Not What You Expected: If the product doesn’t meet your expectations in craftsmanship, material, or customization, we’ll review the claim and offer a resolution, which may include a return, refund, or remake.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse, modification, or improper care.
  • Subjective preferences (e.g., “I changed my mind” or “I prefer a different color”) once the product is made to spec.
  • Claims submitted beyond 30 days after delivery.

Claim Process:

To initiate a claim, email our team at support@nologo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–4 business days with next steps.
